Hi, I'm Britt Heaps. I started Key Alignment to help people and teams reduce stress and build momentum—without overcomplicating everything. I’ve worked with high-performing leaders, early-career professionals, overwhelmed teams, and individuals rebuilding after burnout. And across all those situations, one thing is clear:

I bring together 20+ years of business experience, leadership coaching, and martial arts training to help people cut through the clutter and move forward with intention. I’m also a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach, with accreditation from both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)—but most importantly, I meet people where they are. No fluff. Just practical, personalized support.
What Shapes My Work
I'm a big believer in systems that create freedom and habits that support your values. I use tools like behavior profiling (PDP), goal alignment, time management frameworks, and a whole lot of real-world testing to help people feel less overwhelmed—and more in control of their own path.

Outside of Work
When I’m not coaching, you can find me on the mat teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or spending time with my wife (we’ve been married 27 years) and our two daughters. I believe life is better when it’s aligned—and that includes making space for family, movement, faith, and recovery.
